Visit Old Town when Champlin was actually a small town with a theater, boarding house, blacksmith, pool hall and even an undertaker. All that remains are pictures and stories from those who lived there. |

Champlin's first flour mill was built in 1867. A larger mill was built in 1874. The Champlin Milling Company sent an exhibit of its flour to the Chicago World's fair in 1893 and received its highest award. |
